The hook
One sentence, one picture. If someone bails here, nothing after it counts — so honestly, the shortest beat gets the most rewrites.
We script your 2–3 minute Kickstarter or Indiegogo launch video, direct it live over a video call while you film where you are, and edit it. Then we write the campaign page and every reward tier so it all sounds like the same person said it. That’s you, by the way. Small studio, Midlothian, VA.
Every launch video we cut runs on roughly this skeleton. Funny enough, this page does too — check the timecodes as you scroll.

Not “the market lacks a solution.” More like “my kettle pours like a fire hose.” Backers fund a feeling they already know.
Hands, close-ups, real use. You get a shot list that says which window, which angle, which take we need — so the shoot day isn’t guesswork.
Thirty seconds of who’s behind it. Not a bio — just enough that a stranger trusts you with $59 and a six-month wait.
Where the video and the page have to say the exact same thing. Which is the whole reason we write both.
The hook, compressed, plus the date. Then cut to the logo and get out of the way.
Real talk: we’re not useful at every stage. Here’s where we help, and where we’d tell you to hang on a bit.
Love it. But there’s nothing to film yet and the page would be fiction. Bookmark us, seriously.
Fit: a little earlyThis is where we start being handy. We script around the rough edges and plan the shots that hide them.
Fit: goodSweet spot. People are already waiting, so we write straight to them — the followers, not the void.
Fit: idealDoable, but call today-ish. Kickoff to final cut usually runs four to five weeks.
Fit: tight, still yesWe do re-cuts from your existing footage and mid-campaign page rewrites too. Page Polish starts at $450.
Fit: rescue modeNot sure which dot you are? Text-style answer is fine — email info@ganderloom.com with a photo of the thing and your rough launch month. We’ll tell you straight.
A made-up product with a very real problem. On the left, how most first drafts open. On the right, the pass we’d hand back. (Our clients’ campaigns are theirs to show off, not ours.)
That right-hand panel is the whole job, really: the video line and the tier copy written together, so a backer who watches then scrolls hears one voice.
“You talk for an hour. We cut it to two and a half minutes — then write the page so it sounds like the same person.”
Tap one open to see exactly what’s in it. Every package includes the campaign page — that part’s never optional with us.
Nope. A recent phone, a big window, and a $25 tripod get you most of the way. We’ll tell you which room in your house works best — usually not the one you think.
You prop a second device next to the camera and keep us on video call. We watch the frame live, call the takes, and say things like “move the lamp two feet left.” You hit record. That’s it.
Then it’s not done. We record the kickoff call and write from your actual phrasing, then you read draft one out loud to us. Two rounds are included; a third is $85.
No — and run from anyone who does. Funding depends on your product, your list, and your price. What we can promise: on launch day, the video and the page will say the same clear thing.
A little. The page sections differ, and Indiegogo calls rewards “perks.” Same price either way — we just write to the platform you’re on.
Ring us weekdays between 8:30am and 6pm, or ask for an evening slot — those work too. Bring the product, or just a photo of it.
Prototype clips, your pre-launch page, the funding goal, the launch date. Shaky phone video is totally fine — we’re reading for the story, not the lighting.
A 50% deposit holds your slot on the calendar. Script draft one usually lands about a week after kickoff.
Goes straight to info@ganderloom.com. We reply within a business day, usually sooner.

Shoots are remote, so where you live doesn’t matter — just your time zone.
Drop-ins by appointment — most of the work happens on calls anyway.
