Reel 02 · 00:00 — The menu

Pick the part you’d rather not do. We’ll do that part.

Three packages, all billed per campaign. Every one includes the campaign page — because a great video sitting on top of a mushy page is just… a great video. Below: what’s in each, how the weeks actually go, the extras by the piece, and what you’ll need on your end.

00:20 — Side by side

All three, one row at a time.

Read across, not down. Most folks land in the middle column, and that’s fine — but if you’ve already shot something you like, the left one might be all you need. Seriously.

Quick gut check: if the words “shot list” made you nervous, you probably want the right-hand column. If they made you excited, the middle one’s your friend.

00:45 — The takes, one at a time

How the weeks actually go.

Same three packages, but as a run sheet — so you can hold them up against your launch date and see if it fits. Timelines assume you reply within a day or two. Life happens; we’ll adjust.

Page Polish

$450

Best if you’ve already shot a video you like, but the page reads like a spec sheet and the tiers are just prices with exclamation points.

  1. Day 1Kickoff call. We read your current page out loud together — it’s awkward for about four minutes, then really useful.
  2. Day 3Draft page: story, risks & challenges, FAQ, plus up to 8 tier descriptions.
  3. Day 5Your notes, round one. Then round two if you want it.
  4. Day 8Final copy in a shared doc, title + 3 ad headlines, and a light re-trim of your video if the hook’s buried at 0:20.

Script & Cut

$935

Best if you’re fine behind a phone and know your product cold — you just want someone to plan the shots, then sit in the edit so you don’t have to.

  1. Wk 1Recorded kickoff call. Script draft one lands about a week later, written from how you actually talk.
  2. Wk 2Script round two, then a shot list with framing and light notes for your real rooms. One 60-minute remote run-through.
  3. Wk 2–3You shoot. We’re a text away if a take feels off.
  4. Wk 3Rough cut with captions, licensed music, color pass. Edit round one.
  5. Wk 4Final 1080p + 4K masters, campaign page, and up to 6 tiers that say what the video says.

The Full Loom

$1,400

Best if you’d love a director in your ear the whole shoot, and you’d rather not write the Reels captions and backer updates at 1am during launch week.

  1. Wk 1Kickoff, script draft one, and a video walkthrough of your space so we can pick the room.
  2. Wk 2Script locked, shot list out, pre-launch headline set live on your “notify me” page.
  3. Wk 2–3Two live remote-direction sessions, up to 3 hours each. We call the takes; you hit record.
  4. Wk 4Rough cut, campaign page, up to 10 tiers, plus stretch-goal copy.
  5. Wk 5Final cut, vertical 30s + 15s cutdowns for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and update templates ready to post.

01:40 — Extras, by the piece

Bolt-ons, priced like a diner menu.

Add any of these to a package, or ask for one on its own if your campaign’s already up. They go on the same invoice — no separate contract.

  • Extra revision round$85

Script, edit, or page — same price whichever one needs another pass.

  • Vertical cutdowns, 30s + 15s$240

Reframed for Reels, TikTok and Shorts with captions burned in. Already baked into the Full Loom.

  • Stretch-goal + update copy$165

Three stretch goals and three backer updates, written ahead so launch week doesn’t eat you.

  • Pre-launch headline set$120

Five headlines and a short blurb for your “notify me on launch” page, to warm up the list early.

  • Extra live direction session$210

Another remote session, up to 3 hours. Handy when the weather wrecks shoot day — Virginia skies, we get it.

  • Re-cut from existing footage$385

Your campaign’s live, the video isn’t landing. We restructure what you already shot around a sharper hook.

  • Extra reward tiers$35 each

Past your package’s limit. Add-on bundles and late-campaign tiers count too.

  • Rush kickoff+$275

Launch under four weeks out? We bump the schedule. Call first so we can say honestly whether it fits.

02:05 — Your call sheet

What to have ready before we say “rolling.”

This is the actual list we send after kickoff, minus the bit where we nag you about the window. Nothing on it costs more than about $40.

ProductionYour launch video Call timeWhenever your best window is brightest DirectorOn the second device
01 · Location

The room with the biggest window

Usually not the living room. Kill the overhead lights — mixed light goes muddy on camera. We’ll pick the spot on a quick video walkthrough.

02 · Camera

A phone from the last few years

Shoot 4K at 24 or 30fps and lock the exposure. Own a mirrorless? Bring it. Don’t own one? Honestly, don’t buy one for this.

03 · Support

Tripod + a second device

A $25 tripod for the camera, plus any phone, tablet or laptop for the call so we can see your frame while you shoot.

04 · Sound

Clip-on mic, if you can

A $20–40 lavalier beats a fancy camera for the talking-to-camera bits. Close the windows and pause the dishwasher.

05 · Props

Three working units, ideally

One hero unit, one to use hard, one you’re OK opening up. Wipe them down — macro shots show every single fingerprint.

06 · Wardrobe

Plain, solid colors

Skip tiny stripes and checks; they shimmer on phone sensors. Wear what you’d actually wear in the workshop.

Not on our call sheet

  • Buying or managing your Meta and Google ads
  • Shipping, fulfillment, or pledge-manager setup
  • Industrial design or fixing the prototype itself
  • Studio product photography with seamless backdrops
  • Promising your campaign funds (nobody honest can)

We’d rather be great at the video and the words than so-so at ten things. If you need one of these, ask on the call — we’ll tell you what kind of person to look for and what questions to ask them.
